Poor design rolator

Unfortunately the reason behind the star rating is the design flaw of the rolator.
On the back wheels there is a bolt that goes through the frame and my wife keeps hitting it with her foot as she walks so is now afraid of using it on her own because of the high degree of her falling. Also the same bolts don't have any plastic covers so door frames can be easily damaged. Sorry for having to give this review.
